Speed up the game? This would be heavenly...

There has to be a certain irony in this. Everyone's looking for ways to make the game more accessible to a whole new, time-starved market and this gem - a Hole in Heaven, they call it - appears, not in a blue-collar neighbourhood where it might be expected to exert most leverage, but in a luxury Alpine hideaway that calls for rather more than just return bus fare.

One green (complete with its own Valley of Sin), nine flag positions, six tees (three visible here).
"Completed in October 2012, the lodge’s own course is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece and the result of a unique collaboration between renowned American golf course architect, Ron Kirby, and Paolo Gueltrini, a young golf designer from Ravenna. Together they created nine flag positions and six tees. With three flags of different colours positioned on the green, guests can golf 18 extremely enjoyable and challenging par-3 holes at 1,200 meters in altitude." - Golf Business News
The visual pay-off can be seen here. All yours for $22,500/£14,300 a week.
